Chronology of cameras Ricoh
Another evolution of the Ricohflex.
The model goes directly from IV to VI, there was never a model V.
The closure of the back now has a safety lock.
More significant is the emergence of lines showing the 24x36 format on the focusing screen and modification of the film presser.
This foreshadows the placing on the market of the colorback option, the adapter for 35mm film, and the autostop mechanism with counter, that will be available from the Model VII.
The Autostop can not be installed on the Model VI in which the advance knob's bearing is still riveted to the frame, so that it will be fixed by screws therefore removable on the next models.
This diagram created by VB allows us to measure the complexity of Ricoh's history.
